The project included Curtain walling to run all the way around some blocks of the building steeping up and down over pod areas. Ribbon windows were to be used to tie in to larger curtain walls with internal and external corners at mid and high levels.

Page group used a range of Comar systems including: Comar 5pi top hung open out, Comar 7, Comar 2, Comar 6, Ducogrille Louvers, Teleflex winding gear and Windowmaster auto openers linked to BMS to complete the project.

There was also a requirement for Iposol glass used on south facing facades to reduce sun glare and the specified colour to be used was RAL 7031 (blue grey) Gloss.

The glass types used were Clear laminated / Clear toughened DG units, Pilkington Optifloat / Clear laminated units, Ipasol Neutral 73/39 laminated / Clear toughened units, Clear laminated / Ceramic Toughened Glass BS00E55 (white).
